Zunka recipe:
Make thin batter of besan, water, salt to taste, one tbl oil. Take oil in pan add jeera, rai, hing, haldi. Then add lots of chopped garlic and chopped onions. Add chopped spring onions and add the besan batter.
Stir constantly to minimize lumps. Cover and let it steam for couple mins. Stir then cover again and steam for few more mins. Add cut cilantro and serve hot.
Add lal mirchi powder right after u add cut spring onions. Forgot that step.
