Shahi paneer recipe
Cut and sauté in oil onion, garlic and ginger.. Add crushed tomatoes to it and fry little more. Let it cool down a little bit and then put the mixture in food processor and grind. Take oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, red dry chilli. Add the grinded mix earlier to it and add turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala and one of the shahi paneer masala if you have one. After a little while, add little half and half and little butter to it. In a separate pan, sauté cut pepper and onion and add to above mixture. Let it cook for 5 min and put aside. Take a little oil, add cloves, dry red chilli and tej patta to it and our over the curry prepared earlier. Done 😊
