Shrimp curry

Shrimp curry with coconut milk
Heat oil add bay leaf, cinnamon stick and sliced onion sauté, add sliced tomato sauté add shrimp, haldi, chilli pwd, dhaniya pwd, jeera pwd sauté
Then add coconut milk and boil
Add sliced green chilli
While boiling I add kokum
U can add tamarind paste or lemon juice ... Depends on what sourness u like
Salt to taste
When I clean shrimp I marinate in g&g
