Malpua

Hard malpua recipe:
1 cup grated pumpkin
1 cup jaggery
1tablespoon ghee

Mix in a pan and let cook. Wait for the pumpkin to start leaving water and then cook till most of the water is gone.

Next take 1/2  cup wheat flour, 1/4 cup besan, 1/4 cup rice flour, 1/4 cup maida. 

Mix flours into the cooked pumpkin mixture and form dough. May need to add extra flour if excessive water was left while cooking pumpkin. 

Coat with oil and let stand for few mins. 

Shape puri and fry
Can also make paratha with same dough. For calorie conscious people
