Meat ball curry
Ground chicken add chopped onion g&g coriander leaves chopped yoghurt salt dhaniya jeera pwd haldi chilli pwd... Heat oil add whole garam masala add chopped onion brown, g&g sauté then add tomatoes chopped sauté once done add yoghurt sauté, add haldi chilli pwd dhaniya jeera pwd sauté then add garam masala sauté add water and boil... When bubbling make balls of ground chicken and add to gravy cover and cook for 15-20 mins add fresh dhaniya and serve with rice...
This is how I made it today... As a variation I don't add tomatoes... Tastes a bit different but still good
