Mirchi ka salaam

Deepika's mirchi ka Salan recipe: GM Gayatri 
Mrich Ka saalan ingredients

15 chills
1 big onion cut it in big pieces and sauté in 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon full ginger gRlic paste
1/2 lemon size tamrid soak it in water 
1/2 teaspoon salt or according to taste
3 tablespoons of roasted til powder

Slit chillies and take the seeds out with a teaspoon end and boil them in water for 5 to 8 min. Drain them and keep on he side. Now add all the ingredients except chillis in a mixer and make it into fine paste . 

In a pan add 5 to 7 tablespoons of oil and fry the masala you made in the mixer do 5 mins and add chillies to it leave it for 5 min. Add 1/2 glass of water cover the dish and let it cook for 15 mins in slow flame. Untill chilles are tender.
