Sweet chutney

Sugar water....make it thick...add Tamarind paste....salt, black salt (kala namak) , bhoona jeera powder (thisbrings the taste) lal mirch powder....
Trick is to leave it Lil thin...when it colds it becomes tight....
Add this chutney to Golgappa, chaat, dahi vada....and whatever you can think of
