Sprout salad


Sprout moong
Kala chana
Chickpeas
Rajma
Add chopped onion
Tomato
Cucumber 
Green chilli
Finely chopped dhaniya
Lots of lemon juice
Salt
Bhuna jeera
Chilli pwd
Chaat masala

Chicken katti roll


Filling 
Put finely chopped onion let them cook then add tomatoes and gg paste let is cook and become dry then add turmeric jeera powder coriander powder red chilli powder and chaat masala fry for a bit then add the chicken and salt stir and close lid and let it cook
Stir often since it's dry

Dough
1 portion atta 1 portion maida make dough 

Roll dough into chapati let is cook halfway on one side turn and spread egg on cooked side. Once other side is cooked turn and finish cooking the egg side. 

Spread finely sliced onions coriander leaves and mint chutney spreadthe chicken and roll

Chole bhatura


Chole- boil chole with salt and a tea bag. take some oil, add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, small cut onion. Roast it properly and add crushed tomatoes
Bhatura- take self rising flour, add some wheat flour if I like healthier version. Add kalaunji, little salt and oil. Make dough and leave for couple of hours. Make small bowls using dough and deep fry after rolling.
Add chole masala to onion masala and add boiled chole to it.
Let it cook for little more and add fresh cut cilantro

Burnt garlic and chilli fried rice



Cook rice separately
Heat oil add diced garlic and cook till brown
Then add crushed red chilli 
Then add spring onion
Sauté for fe secs 
Add rice to that add soy sauce vinegar salt and pepper 
Cook scrambled egg separately and add to rice

Manchow soup


Fry boiled noodles
Heat oil add spring onion, g&g,green chilli, finely diced cabbage , green pepper, carrot, mushroom, water, vegetable stock, salt, white pepper, chilli sauce, soy sauce , corn starch, then boil once boiled add coriander and spring onion and fried noodle and serve. Don't forget vinegar

Dal sabzi cakes

...soak masoor dal...make paste....oil Jeera garlic paste, haldi, mirch powder...stir and add grounded dal....make it solid and spread on plate....keep in fridge....
Cut into square pieces, roast pieces in lil oil....and keep aside
Gravy....oil, mustard seed, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, chopped tomato, fresh customer leaves, haldi, teed chili powder, garam masala...fry for sometime and then add water and salt...add the dal cakes made above in the gravy

Rahul Chukchi curry

Chicken curry....oil, whole garam masala, sliced onion, ginger garlic paste, chicken, haldi, red chili powder, MDH chicken curry masala, salt..fry for a long time..add water

Paneer-mint parantha


Crush fresh mint and paneer. Add dhaniya powder, salt. Make atta dough. Make small ball, roll it, stuff with paneer and mint and roll again.

Mixed dal- Priya

Mixed daal.....chana dal, masoor, spilt moong, rajma, ....pressure cook with haldi, salt....tarka with.......chopped ginger garlic, onion, tomato, cilantro
Make sure rajma is soaked....it won't cook as fast as dal

Marinate for salmon


Dry roast lots of bedgi mirci

In a bowl mix above masala with lots of finely chopped onion, lots of finely chopped ginger garlic, green chilli, coriander leaves olive oil and masala...

The red color comes from bedagi mirchi but u can do the same thing with any other chilli... Bedagi gives color and isn't spicy

Summer pasta salad

KDs mumura recipe

Oil, black small balls not sure what they are called in english, green chilli, kadi patta, dried coconut pieces, raw peanuts, turmeric. Roast all for some time then add the murmura salt sugar and garlic powder (optional)
Leave murmura in the sun for some time before to make them crispy

Green coriander chutney

...Corriander, green chilli, ginger, 1-2 clove garlic, Tamarind paste, salt...grind them together...add mustard oil. Kd adds jeera, sugar and peanut to the same recipe

Chocolate sauce for strawberry dipping

Boil water in a sauce pan
In a bowl add milk chocolate Lindt , ghirardelli, add tsp of milk u can also add alcohol if not for kids
Dip strawberry and marshmallows
Put in refrigerator to chill
Take out 30 mins before serving

Pressure cook tomato with garlic and green chill
The grind with handful of coconut if u want thick. Give tadka of hing rai, green chilli curry patta

Cheesy zucchini or broccoli rice


1 cup rice boil in broth
Drain extra water out 
Heat butter add chopped  garlic sauté add cooked rice add salt pepper either grated zucchini or small broccoli florets... Add white cheddar cheese and mix .

Padma s chicken


Add oil, shahi jeera, long, chopped onion, Chicken, haldi, red chilli, salt, cook for sometime, add lot of chopped tomato, cook for sometime, add coconut powder, shahi jeera powder, coriander powder, and cook for Lil bit more...lot of fresh cilantro
Marinate chicken...wash couple of times with vinegar, red chilli powder, fresh ginger garlic paste, haldi

Mix veg paratha

...grate/ finally chop, onion, cabbage, carrot, bell pepper...in pan...Lil oil..jeera...add veggies.. .saute add mashed boiled potato, salt, amchoor, chaat masala, jeera powder....mix well and stuff in wheat dough and roll to make yummy paratha
For unhealthy eating make dough of wheat for and maida... And stuff in that ..tastes yum yum yum yum yummy

Manchow soup

...gravy..oil jeera, lots of chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, chopped tomato, MDH mutton masala...stir fry for some time....add kala chana, garam masala, salt...and pressure cook

Peanut chaat

....roasted peanut, chopped onion, tomatoes, coriander, green chili, lemon juice, chaat masala, salt..mix them all
Serve with Margarita

Peanut -dry roast, red chilli- dry roast, little piece of tamarind and salt- grind with very little water
If u want you can add tadka in the end- mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves

Gobhi Manchurian- Priya


Boil Gobi....drain water...add corn starch, ginger garlic paste, orange color, salt, pepper....deep fry
In pan..oil....saute  crushed ginger garlic, green chilli, onion, bell pepper, add tomato ketchup, chilli garlic sauce, salt, pepper saute for some time
Add drop fried gobhi

Cham Cham

Cham cham....boil milk...add lemon to make paneer....Drain water....draining has to be really well....
Blend in food processor
Divide into two...mix red color in half and yellow in another....make very small oval shaped balls....put them in boiling sugar syrup....once they float ...turn off and let them soak syrup...take them out and roll in coconut powder....

Mal pua


Make pan cake like batter.....maida, Lil sugar, banana, cashew, raisin,......deep get in oil...Drain oil will
Well
Dip in sugar syrup and put rabri on it
Rabri...boil milk for 3-4 good until it becomes semi solid..add kesar in it
And put it on top of malpua

Mutton curry

...oil jeera , whole garam masala, red chilli, lot of onion, ginger garlic paste, haldi, red chilli powder, mutton masala, fry for some time, add mutton, fry for a long time, add garam masala powder and pressure cook..with salt



Alka Sambhar


Boil toor daal and mash it
Cut big pieces of onion, small cut zucchini . Take tomatoes and grind in food processor.. Heat oil, add mustard seeds, Kari patta leaves.. Add onion and zucchini . When sautéed, add tomato and sambhar masala and rasam powder to it. When done, add to toor dal and let it cook for some time.. When done, add shredded coconut

Sautéed kale


Heat oil add chopped garlic red chilli add chopped kale add some chicken stock cook till evaporates

Maggi Hakka noodle

...boil Maggi and drain water....don't mix masala...in pan..add sliced onion, carrots, bell pepper, French cut beans, cabbage...stir fry, add soya sauce, tomatoe ketchup, salt, lil black pepper powder, add Maggi.....and then sprinkle maggi masala
Eat hot

Aloo tikki recipe Delhi style


Boil aloo and chana dal separately.. Add some amchur, salt and dhaniya powder to boiled channa dal
Mash potato and let cool down for couple of hours.
Add saunf, chat masala, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, salt to it.. 
Make small bowls of allo mix and stuff with little bit chana masala and cook on a pan
Garnish with small cut onion, dahi, cilantro, tamarind and green chutney

bOmbay sandwich

 --bread, green chutney , butter Veggies are boiled aloo, sliced, beet sliced, cucumber, onion, tomatoe, chat masala

Chicken curry- Goan style?

 
Roast and grind coriander seeds, methi, jeera, red chilli(badegi), cinnamon , clove

Heat oils 
Add rai, hing, curry leaves , green chilli, then add sliced onion sauté then add chicken and g&g and some beaten yoghurt then sauté then add half the pwd masala and sauté ... To the rest of the masala add fresh coconut and grind... When chicken with masala looks half cooked then add ground masala and water and cook... Add kokum to give sour ness... The orange color for curry comes from kokum and badegi mirchi which u can get at cherian
As a variation u can add sliced tomatoes this can be done after the sliced onion are added

Moong dal chila


Soak moong daal yellow...grind...add thin chopped onion, carrot, bell pepper, cabbage, coriander, ginger, green chilli, haldi, red chilli powder, salt....cook like pan cake..

Sugar syrup, Tamarind paste, let them boil, add roasted jeera powder, salt,black salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder....
Make sure you don't make it very thick else it will become very sticky kinds when it cools

Alka bhindi

Bhindi recipe-- my style 😊
Fry jeera, add thinly sliced onion and green chili.. Add haldi, dhaniya powder and garam masala .. Add little but amchur. Add thin long cut okra and cover and cook on medium flame first. Keep stirring it frequently. Remove the lid, and let it cook for some more time. When it's mostly done, add cut tomato. Just cook for couple of minutes and you are done.. Enjoy

Separately shallow cook panner this is optional 
Add to gravy add garam masala

Chop kale fine toss with Olive oil salt pepper 
Heat oven at 375 and cook till kale is crispy ... About 15-20 mins

Caramel custard

Caramel custard

Ingredients 
1-1/2 cups sugar, divided 
6 Eggs 
3 cups whole milk 
2 teaspoons vanilla extract 

Directions 
1. In a large heavy saucepan, cook and stir 3/4 cup sugar over low heat until sugar is melted and golden. 
    Pour into eight 6-oz. custard cups, tilting to coat bottom of cup; let stand for 10 minutes. 
2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk, vanilla and remaining sugar until combined but not foamy. Pour over caramelized sugar. 
3. Place the cups in two 8-in. square baking pans. Pour boiling water in pans to a depth of 1 in. 
4. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Remove from pans to cool. Refrigerate and serve cold.

Coconut chutney

scraped coconut(make sure it is thawed well if using frozen), dalia , chillies, curry leaves, salt, 3-4 leaves of cilantro and tiny pod of garlic - grind to thick consistency

Jeera aaloo...boil small potato...if you don't have that..hard boil potato  and cut in small
Oil...jeera, haldi, dhaniya, red chilli powder, sadly, amchoor powder..fry and add potato
Salt...not sadly
Garnish with fresh chopped dhaniya

Corn and bean salad


Corn and bean salad
Sweet corn, onion, tomato, black bean, finely chopped jalapeño or green chilli, fresh coriander chopped fine, salt and jeera pwd lots of lemon juice

Tortilla rollups

Tortilla roll ups recipe - to SOFTENED cream cheese, add  veggie mixture as follows - finely diced veggies(i added shredded carrots, thinly shredded cabbage, roasted red bell pepper, regular bell pepper and well chopped spinach), 1 or 2 tsp salsa, mexican cheese a good amount, 1 spoon our cream, cumin powder and salt; mix these ingredients well to make the veggie mixture; then add it to the softened cream cheese and mix well, it needs to be lump free and smooth; 
I took three different colored tortillas - regular, the garden spinach one, and the tomato basil one, lightly heated it on a pan(optional step) and spread the cream cheese mixture on it and rolled it and cut it into bite sized rolls; alternatively u can roll and slice the entire roll into just 2 pieces; enjoy!

Then heat oil add hing, rai, udad curry patta, peanuts, green chilli.
add roasted bread haldi, salt lemon juice. Garnish with coriander . Serve hot

Punjabi kadi

Punjabi kadi
Heat oil and add methi seeds to it(use mustard seeds if u don't have these) add ginger garlic paste and finely chopped onion to it. 
In a separate bowl, mix 2 tbs of besan with sour dahi/buttermilk. Mix well so there are no lumps. Add salt, haldi, dhaniya powder and garam masala to this mix and stir well. Add water to this mixture and pour this mix into pan and mix. You would need to add more water now. Once it starts boiling, let it cook for 45 min. You can add little kasuri methi towards end.
In a separate small pan, take oil and add chilli to it. Put this on top of kadi and stir...

Lentil rice

Boil akha masoor the brown one till soft 
In a pan heat oil add pepper corns, cinnamon stick, sauté thinly sliced onion to a nice light brown
Then add rice, half boiled masoor, salt,jeera pwd, chilli pwd, bay leaf , raisins if u have pine nut then add double water cook for 12 mins
Tastes better in butter

Heat oil add all whole garam masala
Sauté chopped onion
Sauté g&g 
Add slit green chilli
Then add double quantity of chopped tomatoes sauté for few mins don't cook tomato too much ... Next add water to the thickness of the gravy u want 
Add salt 
Cover and cook

Chicken 65

Atuls yummy chicken 65 recipe:
GG paste salt kalonji seeds, red powder, crushed curry leaves, crushed green chillies ,red chilli powder, garam masala, dhania powder,  haldi,rosemary leaves, hing, 
1 tsp corn starch,1tsp besan, chaat masala

Chicken salt, pepper crushed dhania seeds - marinate

1 egg beaten 

Marinate for half hour, and deep fry

Serve on radish salad with lime

Chicken manchurian

Marinate chicken in corn flour , maida, egg, soy sauce, pepper, g&g , green chilli
Heat oil deep fry chicken and set aside

Heat oil Add spring onion, g&g , green chilli sauté for few mins add soy sauce, water and cornstarch to thicken...
Now add fried chicken to sauce and boil

Heat oil sauté diced garlic diced onion diced carrot add chicken Italian seasoning now add water good amount then add uncooked rice add chicken stock boil till rice and chicken are cooked. I put big pieces of chicken and when cooked remove and shred.
Then add peas. U can add whatever veggies u want ... I didn't have any additional veggies so only out this

Sauté onion , garlic add mixed veggies , broccoli whatever veggies u want.add pepper , salt, crushed chilli.

In a pan lightly roast all purpose flour till u get a nutty smell add butter then add to milk to make a thick sauce..
Then add the sauce to the veggies add some grated mozzarella
Heat oven at 350 and bake till cheese melts

Wheat dosa

Wheat flour egg salt water jeera powder mirchi powder and little oil 
Make thin batter 
Spread on tava and fry

Hot and sour soup

Hot and sour soup recipe:
Chop red onion, cabbage, carrots, celery, red and green pepper into small pieces
Take oil in a pan, sauté all the veggies at hot flame for 10 min.. Add few cups of water to t and let it boil..
Take knorr hot and sour and tomato packs and mix with water and add this to pan.. Take a little corn starch and add water to it and mix it with test if soup.. Let it all boil
Cut cilantro and paneer in small pieces and add to the soup towards the end
Add some rosemary leaves too when u add paneer
