Chole- boil chole with salt and a tea bag. take some oil, add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, small cut onion. Roast it properly and add crushed tomatoes
Bhatura- take self rising flour, add some wheat flour if I like healthier version. Add kalaunji, little salt and oil. Make dough and leave for couple of hours. Make small bowls using dough and deep fry after rolling.
Add chole masala to onion masala and add boiled chole to it.
Let it cook for little more and add fresh cut cilantro
