Aloo tikki recipe Delhi style


Boil aloo and chana dal separately.. Add some amchur, salt and dhaniya powder to boiled channa dal
Mash potato and let cool down for couple of hours.
Add saunf, chat masala, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, salt to it.. 
Make small bowls of allo mix and stuff with little bit chana masala and cook on a pan
Garnish with small cut onion, dahi, cilantro, tamarind and green chutney
Enjoy cooking and don't forget to share with friends
