Burnt garlic and chilli fried rice
Cook rice separately
Heat oil add diced garlic and cook till brown
Then add crushed red chilli
Then add spring onion
Sauté for fe secs
Add rice to that add soy sauce vinegar salt and pepper
Cook scrambled egg separately and add to rice
