Roast and grind coriander seeds, methi, jeera, red chilli(badegi), cinnamon , clove
Heat oils
Add rai, hing, curry leaves , green chilli, then add sliced onion sauté then add chicken and g&g and some beaten yoghurt then sauté then add half the pwd masala and sauté ... To the rest of the masala add fresh coconut and grind... When chicken with masala looks half cooked then add ground masala and water and cook... Add kokum to give sour ness... The orange color for curry comes from kokum and badegi mirchi which u can get at cherian
As a variation u can add sliced tomatoes this can be done after the sliced onion are added
