Lentil rice

Lentil rice 

Boil akha masoor the brown one till soft 
In a pan heat oil add pepper corns, cinnamon stick, sauté thinly sliced onion to a nice light brown
Then add rice, half boiled masoor, salt,jeera pwd, chilli pwd, bay leaf , raisins if u have pine nut then add double water cook for 12 mins
Tastes better in butter
