Punjabi kadi

Punjabi kadi
Heat oil and add methi seeds to it(use mustard seeds if u don't have these) add ginger garlic paste and finely chopped onion to it. 
In a separate bowl, mix 2 tbs of besan with sour dahi/buttermilk. Mix well so there are no lumps. Add salt, haldi, dhaniya powder and garam masala to this mix and stir well. Add water to this mixture and pour this mix into pan and mix. You would need to add more water now. Once it starts boiling, let it cook for 45 min. You can add little kasuri methi towards end.
In a separate small pan, take oil and add chilli to it. Put this on top of kadi and stir...
