...soak masoor dal...make paste....oil Jeera garlic paste, haldi, mirch powder...stir and add grounded dal....make it solid and spread on plate....keep in fridge....
Cut into square pieces, roast pieces in lil oil....and keep aside
Gravy....oil, mustard seed, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, chopped tomato, fresh customer leaves, haldi, teed chili powder, garam masala...fry for sometime and then add water and salt...add the dal cakes made above in the gravy
