Sprout salad


Sprout moong
Kala chana
Chickpeas
Rajma
Add chopped onion
Tomato
Cucumber 
Green chilli
Finely chopped dhaniya
Lots of lemon juice
Salt
Bhuna jeera
Chilli pwd
Chaat masala

Chicken katti roll


Filling 
Put finely chopped onion let them cook then add tomatoes and gg paste let is cook and become dry then add turmeric jeera powder coriander powder red chilli powder and chaat masala fry for a bit then add the chicken and salt stir and close lid and let it cook
Stir often since it's dry

Dough
1 portion atta 1 portion maida make dough 

Roll dough into chapati let is cook halfway on one side turn and spread egg on cooked side. Once other side is cooked turn and finish cooking the egg side. 

Spread finely sliced onions coriander leaves and mint chutney spreadthe chicken and roll

Chole bhatura


Chole- boil chole with salt and a tea bag. take some oil, add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, small cut onion. Roast it properly and add crushed tomatoes
Bhatura- take self rising flour, add some wheat flour if I like healthier version. Add kalaunji, little salt and oil. Make dough and leave for couple of hours. Make small bowls using dough and deep fry after rolling.
Add chole masala to onion masala and add boiled chole to it.
Let it cook for little more and add fresh cut cilantro

Burnt garlic and chilli fried rice



Cook rice separately
Heat oil add diced garlic and cook till brown
Then add crushed red chilli 
Then add spring onion
Sauté for fe secs 
Add rice to that add soy sauce vinegar salt and pepper 
Cook scrambled egg separately and add to rice

Manchow soup


Fry boiled noodles
Heat oil add spring onion, g&g,green chilli, finely diced cabbage , green pepper, carrot, mushroom, water, vegetable stock, salt, white pepper, chilli sauce, soy sauce , corn starch, then boil once boiled add coriander and spring onion and fried noodle and serve. Don't forget vinegar

Dal sabzi cakes

...soak masoor dal...make paste....oil Jeera garlic paste, haldi, mirch powder...stir and add grounded dal....make it solid and spread on plate....keep in fridge....
Cut into square pieces, roast pieces in lil oil....and keep aside
Gravy....oil, mustard seed, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, chopped tomato, fresh customer leaves, haldi, teed chili powder, garam masala...fry for sometime and then add water and salt...add the dal cakes made above in the gravy

Chicken curry....oil, whole garam masala, sliced onion, ginger garlic paste, chicken, haldi, red chili powder, MDH chicken curry masala, salt..fry for a long time..add water
